Headshot Station Pricing at Your Conference/Event

Headshot pricing for events and high-volume shoots is based on half-day or full-day bookings. A half-day is up to 4 hours, and a full-day is up to 8 hours, with a 45-minute break for lunch. Each headshot station can photograph up to 20 people per hour. All headshot packages include basic lead collection and the ability to feature sponsors.

Headshot Essentials Package ($1500/$3000)

• Half-day or full-day coverage of a headshot station.

• Base price includes one processed image, but more can be planned for.

• All images delivered in high resolution, cropped as a standard 4x5 headshot.

• File organization and renaming.

• Standard commercial usage license.

• Ability to set up in a trade show or meeting room.

• Lead list of all people photographed and their contact information in Excel or CSV format.

• No limit on the number of headshots delivered, subject to the time limit of the contract.

• Un-retouched images delivered instantly to each subjects phone via private online gallery..

• Retouch add-on for $15 per image, or a maximum fee of $400 for all delivered images.

Retouched images are highly recommended for headshots that will be used to represent a company or organization to clients. We use industry-leading tools to remove temporary skin blemishes, even out skin tones, and process the images to deliver a professional product. Our unretouched images look great, but the extra step of retouching is worthwhile for headshots that will be used to make a good impression.
